Our role is helping groups grow into teams is facilitator, coach, and instructor. We should be invisible to the process. When you walk away from our event you will remember the experience, each other and very little of your facilitator. That's our goal. Later you will need to remember the lessons you learned and not how good the facilitator was. We tailor each experience to the group goals. As with people groups are unique. Using their strengths to improve their weaknesses is what we do. Our strength is making your experience meaningful. We take great pride in your team transferring what they learn back to their jobs.
